HUBUNGAN ANEKA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU

Abstrak
Tujuan penulisan artikel ini untuk mengetahui: (1) hubungan akuntabilitas (X1) terhadap kinerja guru (Y); (2) hubungan nasionalisme (X2) terhadap kinerja guru (Y); (3) hubungan etika publik (X3) terhadap kinerja guru (Y); (4) hubungan komitmen mutu (X4) terhadap kinerja guru (Y); dan (5) hubungan sikap anti korupsi (X5) terhadap kinerja guru (Y). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literature dengan meninjau berbagai teori dan penelitian sebelumnya terkait dengan materi yang dipelajari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara teoritis: (1) terdapat hubungan akuntabilitas (X1) terhadap kinerja guru (Y); (2) terdapa thubungan nasionalisme (X2) terhadap kinerja guru (Y); (3) terdapat hubungan etika publik (X3) terhadap kinerja guru (Y); (4) terdapat hubungan komitmen mutu (X4) terhadap kinerja guru (Y); dan (5) terdapat hubungan sikap anti korupsi (X5) terhadap kinerja guru (Y). Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini adalah perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut dengan menggunakan data empirik dengan analisa SEM.

Abstract
The purpose of writing this article is to find out: (1) the relationship of accountability towards teachers’ performance; (2) the relationship of nationalism towards teachers’ performance; (3) the relationship of public ethics towards teachers’ performance; (4) the relationship of quality commitment towards teachers’ performance; and (5) the relationship of anti-corruption attitudes towards teachers’ performance. The research method used is literature study by reviewing various theories and previous research related to the material being studied. The results showed that theoretically: (1) there is a relationship of accountability towards teachers’ performance; (2) there is a relationship of nationalism towards teachers’ performance; (3) there is a relationship between public ethics towards teachers’ performance; (4) there is a relationship of quality commitment towards teachers’ performance; and (5) there is a relationship of anti-corruption attitudes towards teachers’ performance. The implication of the results of this study is that further research needs to be done using empirical data with SEM analysis.
